WHAT We DO

About Us

Meals for Millions United was founded in 2019, by Paul and Jossette Mead and is based out of north central Indiana. We work with local food banks in our communities to provide meals for those who are currently fighting hunger. We educate, create awareness, and inspire others to join us in our vision of providing 1,000,000 meals to those in need by the year 2029. Although we are a local, grass roots organization, we are always looking to broaden our reach to those we serve. No one in a country as great as ours, should be in a situation of no food to eat or unable to consume a balanced and nutritious diet.

Our Mission

Our mission is to lead a concerted movement towards a hunger-free U.S. Our goal is to ensure access to good, healthy food for every person in every society.

Our Vision

At Meals for Millions we strive to help our neighbors that are affected by food scarcity and put an end to hunger in the United states.

Everyone Can Help! Get Started Today!

Today, 37 million people are facing hunger in the U.S .— including over 11 million children and almost 5.4 million seniors. Hunger knows no boundaries — it affects every U.S. culture, including your own.

Paul Mead

Founder

Paul believes helping others is life altering.  It allows people to make a difference in the lives of others and the satisfaction of doing that is one of the greatest rewards we can receive.  Paul is a leader who has been fortunate enough to experience the joy of helping others. He has been active with Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, Doctors Without Borders, and Prevent Child Abuse America.

As a retired Corporate executive, with over 26 years of experience in sales, finance, accounting and operations, Paul now has more time to devote to his passion of making a difference in people’s lives, using his variety of skills to do so.

Paul and his wife Joy are the founders of Meals for Millions United™, a non-profit organization dedicated in the fight to end hunger in the U.S.  Through awareness, education, volunteering and funding they believe food insecurity among people can be driven down from the levels we experience today.

Together We can end the suffering

Although many of us may not know the significant gaps that exist in our own communities, people in every county are fighting hunger even here in the United States. They might be our neighbors, students in the classrooms of our children – the possibilities are Terrifying.
